The year 1997
In the 1980s, the British multinational GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) invented Albendazole by screening a large number of compounds, which is effective against a variety of intestinal parasites such as roundworms, hookworms and tapeworms.
The year 2000
In 2000, the founding team of Guizhou Daoyuan first discovered on forage grass that Albendazole has bactericidal and yield-increasing effects on crops, thus embarking on a ten-year R&D and innovation journey of "agricultural Albendazole".
The year 2010
Guizhou Daoyuan completed strategic restructuring and was renamed Guizhou Daoyuan Biotechnology Co., Ltd.
It integrated the technical team of a Guizhou Miao medicine listed company to establish the company's R&D center and expert advisory team.
It launched the new pesticide registration work for "agricultural Albendazole", with a series of products including "Shibaoling" and "Yiduxing" obtaining provisional registrations, and began to focus on the prevention and control of rice diseases, tobacco diseases and other crop diseases.
The year 2011
The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification;
It has become the vice-chairman unit of Hainan Provincial Organic Agriculture Association;
It has expanded the application of the "agricultural Albendazole" series of products in various crops, applied for the formal registration of the products from provisional registration, and applied for dozens of patents.

The year 2013
11 ministries including the Ministry of Agriculture of China and the Ministry of Commerce officially designated "agricultural Albendazole" as a new pesticide, with the generic name "Albendazole (agricultural grade, Penzuoluo)";
In the same period, the official registration of "98% Penzuoluo" technical material was launched;
The formulation products related to "Penzuoluo" successively obtained the pesticide registration certificates from the Ministry of Agriculture, and the enterprise was selected into the Top 100 Growing Brands of Chinese Pesticide Enterprises.
The year 2014
Daoyuan Bio's "New Bionic Pesticide Construction Project for Penzuoluo" settled in Qingzhen Coal Chemical Industrial Park;
Obtained 13 official pesticide formulation registration certificates and more than 20 invention patents;
The product "Yiduxing" was included in the recommended catalogue for tobacco pesticides, becoming a star anti-virus product for tobacco.
The year 2015
The "Annual Output 500 Tons of Penzuoluo Project" has completed project approval;
The "Penzuoluo" series of products have been recommended as key varieties by the National Agricultural Technology Extension Service Center;
The product "Maitianxi" has obtained the registration for the control of wheat scab.
The year 2016
Obtained more than 20 official pesticide formulation registration certificates and over 30 invention patents;
The microchannel reactor jointly developed with Corning Incorporated of the United States has obtained an invention patent, which greatly improves the safety guarantee of "Penzuoluo" production process.
The year 2017
Daoyuan Bio officially signed the "Relocation, Renovation and Expansion Project for Annual Output of 10,000 Tons of New Biological Pesticide Formulations" with the Government of Xixiu District, Anshun City.
The technical material subsidiary of Daoyuan Bio obtained the national designated production license for pesticide technical materials, becoming the only pesticide technical material manufacturer in Guizhou Province.
The year 2018
Has been awarded the title of National High-Tech Enterprise for 6 consecutive years;
"98.5% Transfluthrin" has obtained the official registration certificate, and the technical material has launched a dual-track strategy covering daily chemical and agrochemical sectors;
Daoyuan Bio's annual sales revenue exceeded 100 million yuan.
The year 2019
The "Relocation, Renovation and Expansion Project for Annual Output of 10,000 Tons of New Biological Pesticide Formulations" in Anshun, Guizhou, was officially put into operation.
Awarded the title of Key Enterprise in Guizhou's Top 10 100-Billion-Level Industrial Industry Plan.
"Maitianxi" was included in the supply catalogue of pesticides for major pest and disease control of wheat and rapeseed.
The year 2020
Produced 84 disinfectant and made great contributions to Guizhou's epidemic prevention and control, awarded the title of National Epidemic Prevention Support Enterprise.
The Anshun base completed the construction of the "Annual Output 150,000 Granule Production Project", launching the 10-year "Pesticide-Fertilizer Integration" grand strategy.
